Concerns about hypnosis often stem from misunderstandings, but scripture does not condemn this state of mind. Through Christ-centered hypnosis, you remain in full control, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide the session and bring clarity, peace, and healing.

My journey in the Christian faith has been renewed in recent years to a degree I never would have imagined.  I went from being the Sunday Christian going to church once a week (and if I'm being honest, it was much less than that), to diving in full-force, trusting God with everything I have and everything I am, and giving in to His Will.

I take every hypnotherapy session seriously, and with my Christian clientele, I open and close each session with a prayer, incorporate prayer throughout the time under hypnosis, and keep the focus on God, inviting His Holy Spirit to guide us and provide healing as only He can.  The session ends with a recording of what we just did so you can listen back as many times as you'd like for greater impact.

Hypnotherapy is extremely effective and when combined with the power of prayer, it's a truly incredible experience.
